You can order over the phone, but placing your order in person is always best when possible. Tastings are available for weddings and large orders of 100 servings or more. Tastings are $25. Should you choose to book with us, the tasting fee is credited to your account.
Delivery is available upon request. Delivery fees are based on venue location.
Yes. Every cake we make is custom made to order from start to finish.
We do not ship our cakes.
A 50% non-refundable and non-transferable deposit will reserve your event date on the calendar. Celebration cakes (birthdays, showers, anniversaries, etc.) must be paid in full one week before your event date. Wedding cakes must be paid in full 30 days before delivery date.
Each order is custom designed, so there is no set price. Each cake is individually quoted and you will receive a written quote based on how many people you would like to serve and design detail. Our prices are very reasonable and you will not be disappointed.
Buttercream cakes start at $4/serving. Fondant-covered cakes start at $5.50/serving. Sheet cakes start at $2.50/serving. Wedding cakes start at $4/serving. The final price of your custom cake will depend on your choices of size, servings and complexity of design.
Starting prices do not include hand-sculpted 3-D figures and toppers. Standing structure, 3-D sculpted and gravity defying cakes are priced according to design and size. There is a minimum order fee of $175 for these types of cake regardless of how many you’re serving.
Custom cupcakes start at $28 per dozen (or $2,50 each) and custom sugar cookies start at $30 per dozen.
All other treats such as cake pops, cake truffles, chocolate-covered Oreos, and chocolate-dipped pretzel rods are priced according to design and ordered by the dozen.
Each and every order is designed, baked and decorated by me. Due to this, I can only accept so many orders. A general rule of thumb would be two to three weeks notice. For busy months, such as May-July and October-December, you should book three to four months in advance if possible.
Date transfers are at the discretion of the Cake Lady. A minimum $20 transfer fee may be required to reserve a new date, and would be based on availability.
Once your cake is picked up, it is considered accepted. If you choose to pick up and set up your cake/order, you assume all liability and responsibility for the cake/order once it leaves our possession. Cakes are extremely fragile, and ultra sensitive to vibration and temperature (ideal room temperature is 65-70 degrees).
We try very hard to make sure that each and every cake is properly made and designed to your specifications. Although we try very hard not to make a mistake, very occasionally something can happen. If something is wrong, please don’t get upset … just reach out to us and we’ll do everything possible to make you happy.
Things happen. We understand. But since we take a limited number of orders per week, dates sell out quickly and we turn business away based on bookings. So cancellation at any time, will result in forfeiture of initial deposit and any prepayments. We appreciate you understanding.
Standard serving sizes are recommended at 1 inch wide by 2 inches deep.
